Donation Policy

Jagrukta Nari Shaktiman Utthan Sewa Sanstha (JNSUSS) is a registered non-profit organization. All donations made to JNSUSS are considered final and are used immediately for our charitable activities and programs benefiting women, children, and underprivileged communities.

No Cancellation Policy

Once a donation is successfully processed and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. We encourage donors to carefully review their donation amount and details before confirming the transaction.

Refund Policy

General Rule: Donations are non-refundable. However, we understand that errors can occur. Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:

• Technical Error: If there was a technical error during payment processing that resulted in duplicate charges
• Accidental Payment: If you accidentally made a donation or entered the wrong amount
• Unauthorized Transaction: If your payment method was used without your authorization

How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptional circumstances mentioned above, please contact us within 7 days of making the donation with the following information:

• Your full name and contact information
• Transaction ID / Receipt Number
• Date and amount of donation
• Payment method used (UPI, Credit Card, Bank Transfer, etc.)
• Detailed reason for refund request
• Supporting documents (if applicable, such as bank statements showing duplicate charges)

Refund Processing

• All refund requests will be reviewed by our team within 7-10 business days
• We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests based on the circumstances
• If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10-15 business days
• You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed
• Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your bank/payment provider

Failed Transactions

If your donation payment failed but the amount was deducted from your account, please contact us immediately with your transaction details. In most cases, failed transaction amounts are automatically refunded by the payment gateway within 5-7 business days. If you do not receive the refund within this timeframe, we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Tax Receipts and Refunds

If a donation is refunded, any tax exemption certificate (80G certificate) issued for that donation will be considered void. Please do not claim tax benefits for refunded donations.
